Old 1953 California license plate tabs, with matching numbers, that attach to your 1951 California license plates. If you have a 1953 model year vehicle, these can be used on approved 1951 base plates for the Year of Manufacture Program. These have some dark-ish areas, scratches, and some areas of surface rust.
