Vintage California registration sticker, 1970, for use with your old blue California license plates for the Year of Manufacture Program (YOM). This sticker was expertly removed from an old expired plate, and has just a small piece missing from the upper left corner - otherwise it is a full-sized sticker (2" x 1"). We have applied new 3M adhesive and liner on the back side, so it is ready to use. We have temporarily covered up the serial numbers on the picture to prevent unauthorized copying of the image. The actual sticker still has a complete serial number (6-8 numbers).
