Vintage 1971 YOM California registration sticker, near-mint condition, for use with your old blue and yellow California license plates for the Year of Manufacture Program. This sticker was expertly removed from an old expired plate, is still full-size (2" x 1") and new, easy to use "peel and stick" 3M adhesive backing has been applied. It does have three small, dark-ish marks. We have temporarily covered up some of the numbers on the picture to prevent unauthorized copying of the image. The actual sticker still has a complete serial number (6-8 numbers).
