We offer two USPS options:

1. Free shipping, which is usually via Ground Advantage, and this can take up to a week, and possibly longer.

2. For an additional $5.00, you can choose USPS Priority Mail (which is usually around $10-11, and we will cover the additional postage cost), which usually takes 3-5 days, but can sometimes take a little longer.

The tracking number is available via your PayPal account, and they should send you an email after we generate the label. We take your item(s) to the post office on the same day that we generate the label, we do not hold the label, and then mail at a later date. We try our best to get most items out the same business day if we receive your payment before 1:00 pm PST. If it is a larger order, it will probably go out the next business day.

We also send an email letting you know when we will be shipping your order. In the past, we did not want to inundate you with multiple emails, since PayPal updates their users with the shipping information. Since some folks may not receive these PayPal emails, we will now be generating a second email to let you know when an item has shipped. These emails may get trapped in your spam folder.
