Harley-Davidson Motorcycles Las Vegas license plate frame, black/chrome, used. The frame is 7-1/2" by 5" (edge to edge, so the plate would need to be a touch smaller to fit inside the lip), holes are 5-3/4" and 2-3/4" apart. This is a gently used, vintage frame with some scratches, missing paint, and pitting. There is some black over-spray on the lower left bolt hole. Please note: The inlay is solid black, with a matte-type finish, which the camera picked up as faded-looking highlights.
